Log into your Van Rysel account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the unworn items and the original packing slip into the shipping box, ensuring all technical components and tags are included.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or Van Rysel boutique.

Quality Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
